The world is witnessing a revolution in mobile and computing technologies which will transform all handheld devices into small computers with multimedia, web browsing and gaming capabilities, and desktop work environments with office software, in addition to the usual telephony on mobile networks and the Internet. The Special Track on Interactive Mobile and Computer Aided Learning, IMCL2010, which will be hosted by Hasselt University, Belgium, comes as a response to this challenge. The event is part of an international initiative to promote technology-enhanced learning and online engineering world-wide. The initiative includes a series of conferences which are organized under the umbrella of the International Association of Online Engineering and are supported by the online journals: the International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies, the International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning and the International Journal for Online Engineering.
IMCL2010 special track will cover all aspects of mobile learning, mobile business, mobile government, mobile society as well as the emergence of mobile technologies, services, implementation and implications for education, business, governments and society. IMCL2010 is part of the ICL2010 conference, organized by Hasselt University, Belgium in collaboration with Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, Austria and Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Jordan.

possible for a judge to behave like this? A worker at Fincantieri's Palermo Salvatore Palumbo, denounced several times the insecurity in the workplace and, therefore, be dismissed. With the decision at first instance the judge (?) time ago I decided to join Facebook. Initially I believed this "Social Network" one of the many "Chat Line" without any interest. I had to change my mind: FB is a tool that can be used, because of its flexibility, in many ways. I was used to trace former colleagues from the Navy with whom I shared years of boarding and the facts of life that make you feel connected to each other as "brothers." And here's the rub. You see, there are traditions in the Navy we say, less, ie, life on board, days and days at sea spent together on those one hundred meters of the ship and sharing everything I say "ALL", mean that in the end, we feel bound to each other as brothers and we all know or imagine all the pain that you can try for the loss of a "brother." The headmaster has opened a case against the two teachers who, as the act they have done, teachers should not be. Be "a primary school teacher" means having the quality, sensitivity, culture and education to pass on to young students, which overlook the scenery of life, their knowledge, their knowledge. What can be learned from a gesture so deeply negative? What impact on their mental balance? They will always carry within them the brand of violence for no reason and violence, all capiamolo well, never a reason! Maybe some of them, age adult, will perform the same action on a small or something worse! So what? We are going to find the motivation?
